Welcome to Paterson School District, a small but mighty educational community nestled in the heart of rural Washington.

Serving students in grades K–8, our district is known for its close-knit atmosphere, dedicated educators, and commitment to academic excellence. Despite our size, we consistently achieve high standards in both reading and math, with students performing above state averages. Paterson Elementary, the district’s single school, has received state and national recognition for student achievement and continuous improvement. With a low student-to-teacher ratio, we provide personalized learning experiences in a supportive environment where every child is known, valued, and encouraged to succeed. We take pride in fostering strong community ties and preparing our students for lifelong learning. Welcome to a district where small numbers make a big impact!

Greetings Paterson!
 

I would like to thank our students, staff, parents and community for all of your hard work, dedication and support of our school. Because of this, Paterson is being recognized by our state as a National ESEA Distinguished School. It is truly a honor and blessing to serve this school as the superintendent.
